Appointment Of Advisors For Proposed Move To AiM

London : 2 February 2005 - Beowulf Gold PLC (“Beowulf”) is pleased to announce that Ruegg & Co Limited have been appointed to act as Nominated Advisor (“Nomad”) for the proposed move to the AiM. Phillip Securities (UK) Limited have been appointed to act as Nominated Broker to Beowulf.
